Ginger is a Client Success Partner for Lev, a Cognizant company, which is a top Salesforce marketing consultancy. Prior to her role at Lev, Ginger spent over twelve years at Butler University working in a variety of roles, most recently serving as the leader for BlueWork, an innovative platform to connect students with employers for project-based work. She has an extensive background in marketing, sales, consulting, and strategy and considers herself a mission-driven, results-oriented leader that believes in giving back and making an impact. She is a two-time Butler alumna with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA with a concentration in leadership. She's married to another two-time Butler alumnus, BJ, and they live in Indy with their two children, cat, and dog.
As a parent of two students in IPS, she is passionate about not only supporting her children's specific school, but the entire District and public education as a whole in whatever way possible. In addition to this board, she also serves on the board for Firefly Children & Family Alliance and is an alumna of RISE Indy's Circle City Leaders program.
